12 Year Rule, Broken into 4 Parts
Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the only President to serve a consecutive 12 years. Franklin Roosevelt was from Eastern New York. This part of the state has a in-ordinate amount of cities and towns with Greek names. Here are a few: Utica, Syracuse, Troy, Ithaca, Athens, Sparta, Ulysses, Virgil, Ilion, Macedon and Greece.
Franklin Roosevelt spearheaded the formation of the Allied nations, which later came to be known as the United Nations. The primary powers were the United States, Soviet Union and the United Kingdom. The Allies fought together in world war II and after the death of Roosevelt, Germany was split into 4 parts. The United Kingdom, Soviet Union, United States and France each ruled over one of the partitions.
